Meet the Pistachio Goat Cheese Truffles—a creamy, tangy bite rolled in crunchy pistachios, fresh herbs, and dried fruit. These little flavor bombs are as beautiful as they are delicious, perfect for grazing boards, wine nights, or impressing your effortlessly cool guests.

Ingredients:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 4 ounces soft mild goat cheese, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup finely chopped toasted pistachios
- Dried or fresh fruit, for serving (optional)
- Crusty French bread, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- In the mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, onion, Worcestershire, and pepper; beat on low until smooth.
- Chill mixture in the fridge until very firm—minimum 1 hour.
- Using a tiny scoop or spoon, portion out ~3/4" balls.
- Roll each ball quickly to smooth, then toss in nuts to coat thoroughly.
- Arrange on a serving plate and keep refrigerated until serving.
- Serve alongside fresh fruit and/or crusty bread.
