Buying with Garman and their team was a breeze! To start, the sales associate, Diane, was great to work with and very responsive to our many questions as this was our first new home. We are very familiar with the builders in the great community of Wendell Falls, and chose Garman due to their quality and value. During our owner orientation Claire, the construction manager, was patient and thoroughly explained what to expect in our new home. As we pointed out items that may need attention prior to move-in, she got with her team and ensured all the items were taken care of for a smooth move-in.
