We all love a poolside snack. Light. Bright. Easy to grab between sips of something icy. But what if that snack also looked like it belonged on the cover of a coastal living mag?
Meet the Watermelon Feta Mint Skewers—a bite-sized trio of juicy sweetness, salty tang, and crisp herbs. It’s the kind of flavor combo that feels like a beach vacation... for your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- 24 ½-inch squared cubes of watermelon
- 12 ½-inch squared cubes of feta cheese
- 12 fresh basil or mint leaves
- Premade balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Place a cube of feta along with a fresh basil or mint leaf between two cubes of watermelon.
- Skewer together with a wood or metal pick.
- Continue with remaining watermelon, feta, and basil or mint leaves.
- Arrange your skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
