We all love a good hummus platter. It’s smooth, satisfying, and always the life of the party. But what if it also came with a little show-stopping flair?

Meet the Hummus Flower—where creamy hummus meets artful arrangement. This edible centerpiece layers fresh veggies in a blooming pattern that’s as eye-catching as it is craveable.

It’s proof that style and substance can absolutely share the stage. Because when your dip looks this fabulous, even Cher would approve!

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz hummus (any kind)
  • Chickpeas
  • Sage
  • Salami
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Garlic

Instructions:

  1. Spread hummus on your platter in the shape of a flower.
  2. Add chickpeas in the center.
  3. Roll salami into a rose shape.
  4. Add sage for leaves.
  5. Add spices to taste.
