We all love a cheese board moment. It’s indulgent. It’s elegant. It’s the star of any gathering. But what if we added a little drama, a little sweetness, and a little sass?

Meet the Cranberry Pistachio Bacon Honey Cheese Log—a savory-sweet showstopper that combines creamy cheese with tart cranberries, crunchy pistachios, crispy bacon, and a drizzle of golden honey. It’s bold, it’s balanced, and it plays both sides beautifully!

Ingredients:

  • 240 g cream cheese at room temperature
  • 40 g pistachios without shell
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Finely chop pistachios and cranberries so the pieces stay small and your log looks sharp.
  3. Toss bacon, pistachios, cranberries, and honey together; stir half into the cream cheese.
  4. Sandwich two sheets of cling film, mound the cheese mixture in the center, then shape into a log; seal lengthwise and at the ends, smoothing out any air pockets by rolling on the countertop.
  5. Freeze the wrapped log for 1 hour to firm up—this keeps it from falling apart during coating.
  6. Spread the remaining bacon–pistachio–cranberry–honey mix on a clean surface; unwrap the cheese and roll it through the coating, pressing to fill any gaps.
  7. Trim the ends for a polished look (chef’s reward!), rewrap if not serving immediately, and refrigerate until you’re ready to impress
