When you’re looking for a home that’s not too big and not too small.  With a Primary Suite on the main floor but room for kids or guests upstairs.  And it would be cool if the bathroom connected to both secondary bedrooms.  Ooh and maybe a loft space upstairs for another gathering space?  Also storage is a must.  And what if it had an open first floor that was perfect for entertaining?  And laundry on the main floor too?   Sounds Bliss(ful), right?  That’s because it is.
