Where to Go in High Point, NC: Local Coffee, Eats & Can’t-Miss Spots
I always love exploring new places, especially right here in North Carolina! It’s one of my favorite things to do. Lately, I’ve been so excited to spend some more time in High Point. Downtown is surprisingly walkable and full of character, with so much to offer just steps apart. After a couple of recent trips, I wanted to round up some of our top local spots we enjoyed.
This local coffee shop is a must stop. The vibe is spot on: quaint, cozy, and instantly inviting. With so many great options on the menu, I decided to go out on a limb and order the Cinnamon Toast Latte. Two thumbs up. No notes.
I decided one cup of coffee was not enough for the day so we grabbed another at Lil’s coffee bar inside Congdon Yards. This vibrant space blends food, community, and work into one thoughtfully designed destination. It’s a great place to get out of the house, plug in, and soak up some good energy, especially if you work from home!
Furniture shopping is a must in High Point, right? There are so many places to choose from, but we decided to pop in and do a little antique shopping. From vintage furniture to quirky finds, it’s the perfect place to source pieces with character, because we believe your home should tell a story.
Frady’s is casual, comfortable, and exactly where you’ll end up after a long week. Think good food, great beer selection, and the kind of relaxed atmosphere that makes you stay longer than planned.
Craft beer fans, rejoice. With a large patio, live music, a run club, and food trucks on rotation, this brewery feels like a true neighborhood hangout. It’s an easy stop after a post-work walk and an even better spot to settle in for a laid-back weekend hang.
Stock & Grain Food Hall is where great food meets great company. With multiple vendors, shared spaces, and a buzz that feels effortlessly welcoming, it’s a natural place to gather. It’s great for grabbing a quick bite after exploring downtown or before heading to a High Point Rockers baseball game.
A short drive from downtown, Ingram Farms brings a touch of countryside charm to High Point living. You’ll find fresh produce, seasonal events, farm animals, and plenty of small-town hospitality. It’s perfect for a morning outing or a weekend activity. Make sure to check their calendar of events so you know exactly what’s in season. Don’t forget your quarters so you can feed the animals!
No matter where your High Point adventures take you we hope these local spots help you feel connected and right at home. Drop us a line and let us know which place you are most excited to try!
