If you guys haven’t met J.C. Lange, you really should.

He’s one of our fabulous sales ambassadors at Havenbrooke and Spring Valley. He's the kind of guy who remembers your dog’s name AND your coffee order. We were thrilled when J.C. shared his favorite cocktail with us. He even served this up at his wedding ceremony to his husband Carter. You heard that right, ceremony! Not reception or cocktail hour. Ceremony. Epic, 10/10 would attend again.

Because if you’re going to celebrate love, you might as well do it with something bright, joyful, and worth toasting with.

Which feels very on brand for how we think about home, too. Spaces are meant to bring people together, spark connection, and give you a reason to gather.

We present: The Fitzgerald. Enjoy.🥂

Ingredients

  • 2 oz botanical gin (or 1.5 oz for a lighter sip)Their favorite: Uncle Val's Gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (1:1)
  • 3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

Instructions

Add everything to a shaker with ice.
Shake well (think: celebratory energy).

Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.

Let us know if you give this one a try. Cheers!
