Soup Season Is Here: A Creamy Sausage + Potato Soup to Try This Fall
If you know me, you know I love fall and the weather cooling off. Like, I literally can’t stop talking about it. 😂 And you know what that means, it’s time to break out the crockpot and the soup recipes.
I also love a good leftover. There’s just something about making a big pot of soup once and having lunch (or dinner) handled for the next couple of days. And honestly, soup might be even better the second day.
So when I came across this Creamy Sausage and Potato Soup, I knew it needed to go on the fall rotation. Sausage, potatoes, carrots, celery and spinach in a creamy, savory broth. Um yes, please.
